PRIVATE LONG-TERM MENTORSHIP

LONG-TERM MENTORSHIP

Not a program. A relationship.

For the founder who doesn’t need another container with a start and end date — they need the right person beside them, consistently, as their business grows, shifts, and becomes what it’s always been trying to become.

The opening

There’s a version of support that most offers don’t actually provide.

Not a course. Not a 10-week sprint. Not a strategy delivered once and left with you to implement alone. Something slower, deeper, and more alive than any of that — a sustained working relationship with someone who knows your business, knows your patterns, knows what you’re building toward, and is there as it unfolds in real time.

This is that.

Long-term private mentorship with Franziska is for the founder who is in it for the long game. Who wants someone who accumulates context over time — who remembers what shifted three months ago, who sees the pattern across the decisions, who knows when you’re moving from your truth and when you’re moving from your fear.

Not a new framework every quarter.

The same trusted person. Month after month.

Watching, guiding, holding the thread.

What this looks like

Every engagement is shaped around you — your business, your rhythm, your capacity, your goals. There is no fixed curriculum. What we work on is what your business actually needs, when it needs it.

Throughout the mentorship you’ll have:

  • Regular private callsa consistent rhythm of live sessions to work through what’s present, make decisions, and map what’s next. Some sessions go deep into constellation work. Others are straight strategy, consulting, a read on a decision you’re facing. We go where the work wants to go.
  • Business Constellation work woven throughoutwhen something needs to be seen at the level of the field, we go there. This isn’t a separate modality layered on top — it’s built into how Franziska works, available whenever it’s the right tool.
  • Real-time WhatsApp supportnot just for check-ins. For the moment something shifts, the decision that can’t wait, the thing that surfaces at 11pm that needs a witness. Franziska is available between sessions in a way that most mentors aren’t.
  • Ongoing strategy, brand, and messaging guidanceas your business evolves, so does what it needs to say and how it needs to show up. That evolution is held and guided throughout.

Who this is for

You are not a beginner. You have built something real and you know it.

And you’re at a stage where the next level of growth isn’t about learning more — it’s about having the right person in your corner as you navigate it. Someone who can hold the complexity of where you are, see what you can’t see from inside it, and stay with you through the full arc of what you’re building.

You’re not looking for a program to complete.

You’re looking for a relationship that grows with you.

How it works

Long-term mentorship is offered as a minimum six-month engagement, with many founders continuing for a year and beyond.

Pricing is discussed on the discovery call — it’s shaped around the scope of support that makes sense for where you are and what you’re building.

The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call. We talk about what you’re building, what you need, and whether this is the right fit. If it is, we begin.

If it’s not — you’ll still leave the call with something useful. That’s a promise.
